Down 2.0 pounds this week. Ready to lose some more in March! Almost halfway to my goal weight, getting a bit harder as I get closer, but I will make it!

It's going good - no cravings and high motivation! Have to say major healthy food temptation last night. I went to hear Rip Esselstyn at Whole Foods in Cupertino California. They had food treats there all of which would have been McDougall - but I'd eaten dinner and just wasn't hungry for anything more. Who is this woman inhabiting my body with this good disipline :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Lost 1.8 this week! Making up a bit for last week's gain, going in the right direction! Exactly 5 lbs. to my new goal.

Lost .4 this week. Current weight is 169.

Holy mackerel, my loss is so slow! I got in five 60 minute workouts this week, and also ditched coffee (and the almond milk and tsp of sugar I added.) I'm just going to trust the process and keep eating well and moving. I also need to remind myself not to obsess on the number on the scale. My clothes are definitely getting looser. At least I'm going in the right direction!

151.0 pounds this morning. Was 151.4 pounds last week (Feb 21). So a loss of 0.4. I'll take it.

Gained back the 2lbs I lost last week! Went from 131.8 to 133.8. All I can figure is I started working out this week for the first time in ages and my leg muscles are very sore so I must be retaining fluid of some sort. I didn't do too bad on my eating, so I'm choosing to believe that if I hadn't started a new workout routine, I at least would have maintained my weight. :roll:

1/3 weighed 180 lost 3lbs
1/11 weighed 179 lost 1 lb
1/18 weighed 178 lost 1 lb
1/24 weighed 177.5 you lost .5
1/31 didn't weigh in
2/7 177.5 (no gain/no loss)
2/14 no gain or loss
2/22 no gain or loss...still 177.5
2/28 175 (oddly enough I seem to have lost 2.5 pound since last week without even being totally compliant...)
