Down 2.2 pounds, yay!LtL - good on your weight loss - I laughed hard about the size 16 jeans - I am wearing those now and just hate, hate hate it! But worse yet I know these are even vanity sized, as I measured my old size 10's against the "new" size 10's of the same brand I wear now and there is a 2 inch difference width wise (not circumference wise) between them - wow!
Frozenveg - so sorry that things are hard for you at work now - and boy does that stress mess with us. I hope things improve for you soon.
I had good weight loss for me this week but it would have been better... though I am being really controlled and the ED I am on really eliminates my cravings all together - I experimented this week by one disallowed MWL food and one disallowed ED ( FODMAPS) food. The weight jumped right up as you can see on my weight chart.
I wanted to know what will happen to me weight-wise when I am challenging food two weeks from now as the first food is BREAD! Plus I wanted to know what happens weight-wise when I eat a food that I am intolerant too. I found out this week I am intolerant to chard (bummer) a perfectly allowable MWL food that causes me again to GAIN weight and also get plenty sick eating it.
I am really sad to see chard go - it's been a nutritious staple this time of year and it's colors are so cheerful - but it's likely true I have not been loosing weight due to my food intolerances.
