December 6, 2013 - 209.5
December 14, 2013 - 211.4
December 21, 2013 - 211.4
December 28, 2013 - 213.6
January 04, 2014 - 212.0
January 10, 2014 - 210.2
February 14, 2014 - 214.6

Up 4.4 pounds

I have really messed up royally in the last month. Mostly because I don't plan ahead. I end up getting deli food veggies (with oils) on my super busy days. I just have to get better at packing lunch which is where I continuously fail. Who doesn't know - that oil adds up fast. Worst of all for the first time in a really long time I actually ate a SAD restaurant meal and honestly gained over 7 pounds that day!

I'd gained just 1.5 pounds on the deli mistakes already - but that SAD food really shocked me straight. It made me hugely sick and I have been super diligent and back on my elimination diet 100% for 3 days now. Monday I weighed 219.6 and today I weighed 214.6 - so that's 5 pounds off this week, plus some exercise.

I am still hoping to be well enough to exercise consistently again - right now it's hit and miss but improving. I'll be swimming some days and gym alternate days - that's the plan anyway. So far the swimming is all I can muster and I am working with a physical therapist from exercise injuries who wants me to break back in really slow to avoid more injuries.

I also joined a friend, Ruff who ,like FrozenVeg, lost all her weight and then had a bit of a creep back. She and I are doing a 14 pound challenge that will get her back to goal weight and me out of the obese category again. As she is a runner - training for a half marathon - I have to be really diligent to keep any where close to her loss. So being part of this weigh in and the extra challenge with a pro weight loss success story better keep me out of that deli down the street!!!

Good luck everyone on this week's weigh in - Michelle

Congrats to all who made their goals for the week! Have a great week. I get a 3 day weekend. If you are sharing it, enjoy the day off.

Keep going, everybody!

Starting Jan 6: 214 lbs
Last week: 207 lbs
Today: 206 lbs
Total lost: 8 lbs

down 1 lb for the week! If I lose one pound every week for the rest of the year, I will call this one of the healthiest and most productive years I've ever had.

From 144.18 to 141.53
Down 3 lb to 64.2kg

Now that was so strange because I was so good whole week, but yesterday I went out, and I happened to have oil, and then I had some chocolates. I was also at a higher weight yesterday morning. SO today I was expecting to be up.

I cannot believe it. So happy. I hope I remain there or lower.

Hey everybody, it's important that you actually list your loss (or gain) for the week, not just your current weight, or a list of your weight by week. This will make it easier for Debbie as she gathers the numbers for our weigh-in.

(She didn't ask me to say this, but I noticed that there are several people this week who didn't list any number for their gain or loss! Do the math for her--Debbie is doing a wonderful thing for us here, so let's make it a little easier on her!!) ;-)

BTW, I include both my current weight and the amount lost since I don't keep a weight list and want to see what I was weighing sometimes when looking at an old message. My wife does keep a record of what I weigh when if I remember to tell her but sometimes I forget.
I'm just here for the food.

I have essentially reached my first weight goal, so for the present time, I guess there is no need for me to do more postings here.
I really HATE my profile picture, but it reminds me to watch my eating. For me, that is a good motivator.

I'll go first this week:

20FEB2014 226 (-1)

I start Weight Watchers Monday, and I'm thinking I might use that as my weight of record. I'll still post here if you'd like, but the differnces in time, clothes,... will yield a different absolute number, so if I continue to post here I will continue to use the stupid scale in the fitness room on Thursday. I'm so obsessed with wieght now that weighing twice week does not even seem OCD.

Congratulations to everybody that met their goal for the week.

Down 3 lbs this week. :-D Now I don't resemble a sausage in my jeans the way I did 13 pounds ago ... and pride was not going to let me buy size 16 jeans! LOL! That was part of what got me moving to start losing weight. Still plenty of roll around the middle to go, but to finally be below the 160's for the first time in almost a year feels good. What is sad is that I can remember years ago thinking this weight was huge, and now I'm happy. Bittersweet victory I guess.
