Hello all! I am down .2 lbs. It could've been more but I had a bit of emotional eating this week (including last night--gosh darn it Red!), so I'm just lucky it's not higher.

Can't wait to get back home (I'm dog sitting) and be able to cook and have healthy snacks around me.

Pretty good week, down 2.4 lbs. to 187.8. I was down a bit more a couple days ago, but I'm not going to starve myself to go any lower.

Note: I originally said down 2.2 but looked at last week's post and see I was at 190.2 rather than the 190.0 my ticker showed.

I am down 2.2 lbs this week. However, I was up 1.6 lb last week, so that's really a net loss of .6 if my math is correct. That's okay with me, as I'm trending downward and happy about that! I resolved some severe back pain I'd been having that had kept me from exercising much for the last couple of weeks. We replaced our 17 yr old mattress, and voila! Instant cure!!! Literally, after weeks of lower back pain, one night on our new mattress, and I was better! I'm so happy to feel good everyday again. I am back to the gym and hoping that will have a good outcome on the scale. I'm expecting to be firmly in the 170s by next week! :-)

1/06/12: 189.0
1/13/12: 186.6
1/20/12: 183.4
1/27/12: 181.4
2/03/12: 183.0
2/10/12: 180.8

I stayed the same this week again, no loss no gain. This stall is killing me...I am so frustrated. I just have to keep on what I am doing and it will come off. I can't get sidetracked by the no loss this week or last.

That is frustrating pinkpinkycat. Hang in there, dont get sidetracked, just stay on plan, the weight will start to come off again.

Sometimes it helps to write down what you are eating each time. I keep a notebook & while I dont write down my food everday, I do keep track for a few days a week, just to keep me honest & see if there is anything I need to adjust.
