Just for today, starting now ( motivated by my latest high fat vegan peanut butter hangover...) I will eat a MWL dinner and start to feel better. I am rereading Dr. McDougall's articles about fat and health so that I can stop doing the vegan high fat thing and benefit from what this program has to offer. Sincerely, Figpiglet
