Better late than never!

Just for today, starting now ( motivated by my latest high fat vegan peanut butter hangover...) I will eat a MWL dinner and start to feel better. I am rereading Dr. McDougall's articles about fat and health so that I can stop doing the vegan high fat thing and benefit from what this program has to offer. Sincerely, Figpiglet
For dinner, I plan to have corn as my starch, with a spinach and carrot salad with cooked onions/mushrooms on top.

You can do it!

I am finding that each time I 're-start' the program I am a little stronger in fortitude.

I suspect the times I re-start the program will decrease as i stay on plan longer. That seems to be how it's going.
