Today was day one back on McDougall and doing MM...went pretty well, kinda craving something bad right now, but not gonna give in...here's what I had today so far...
b-banana I know, not enough but didn't have stuff prepared yet
l-steamed white rice with chineese veggies, think it had a bit of oil in it
d-brown rice with steamed green beans and peas/soy sauce/hot thai sauce
water and decaf green tea to drink with sugar
so, not perfect today but MUCH better than have been eating as of late:)
think i might have an apple after a bit
I'm glad you guys are here,,,I have never been very active on the boards but I would like to be and hoping it will help me with sticking to plan.
