I'm on week 2 of Mary's Mini and I've lost 5 lbs. since a week ago Monday. I use potatoes and sweet potatoes (oven fries, mashed and baked) as my starch and lots of green/yellow veggies - and 2 whole fruits a day. I do about 1/2 starch and 1/2 veggies. I've had good success and I'm not hungry at all. I think it's a really good way to start MWL because it gets you used to focusing on the starch aspect of the program and really kick-starts your metabolism. I'm going to do it for another week and transition to MWL next Monday. Good luck if you plan on doing it - if you need any help let me know!
