What do you folk like to use for dipping into these items?
Obviously the traditional chips, breadsticks, biscuits ('crackers' to the US folk) and roasted pita bread are out. From yesterday's discussion, the jury still seems to be out on rice cakes.

Raw veggies, primarily celery for me, tastes good with any of those things. I like veggies that are bland for dipping so that the flavor of the the dip remains the most obvious taste.

Jicama is a nice crunchy veggie to cut up. I don't know if it is available every where. It looks sort of like a big potato, but stays crisp and is faintly sweet.

I like red pepper strips. Since colored peppers can be expensive, I wait for sales. In between I use carrot and celery sticks.
