I have been sooooo sick

Postby CraftyeLadye » Tue Nov 10, 2009 1:59 pm

Thursday I started getting a migraine a really bad one. Probably the worst I have ever had in my entire life. I toughed it out Thursday and Friday at work but by the time I got home I was throwing up everything. I have been subsisting on Ginger ale and vegan mushroom broth. The thing is that the headache is gone, but the nausea is still here and it has been 5 days. When I turn my head I get so dizzy and nauseated I feel like running to the bathroom. So I am still eating very little. What I am eating though is on plan MM, so hopefully I can get back on track soon. This is horrible. Agh. What do you all do when you are sick and can't eat???? HELP!!

Crackers are out of the question because I am gluten free due to having Celiac disease.

I agree. Sleep Sleep Sleep. And keep eating as much soup as possible. I think that's all you can do. Feel better

hope you feel better really soon!

So sorry you are sick....that is not fun.

Veggie broth and some un-fizzed ginger ale worked for me a couple of weeks ago. You are in good company......it seems like everyone is sick, with either this stomach bug that you have or the flu.

Allow yourself to rest and sleep. Your body will heal. Let us know how you are doing.

Amy :)
