I have been on MWL for 2 1/2 weeks now and the changes are dramatic. I have lost almost 10 lbs., have more energy and don't have any more debilitating aches and pains. I no longer have to use a cane and can go up and down my stairs without any problems. I have slipped up a few times (ate a piece of regular pumpkin pie and one small piece of cake) but otherwise have stuck to the diet. My clothes are getting looser and hopefully by next week I will be in a smaller size. I am SO happy.

Excellent job, Gramma Jackie. 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks is great. It took me two months to lose 10 lbs.

Sometimes I get it mixed up with the regular plan.
