I lost 3 lbs. this past week for a total of 13 lbs. for the month (Oct. 19-Nov. 19)

I LOVE this way of eating. :-D

I'm down 2.6 pounds for the week. Doing a Mary's mini this week, so it's hashbrowns for breakfast. YUM!

I'm down .5 a lb and thats including the .5lb I gained last week! So awesome, I get new slacks after I loose 1 more lb! I'm at 126lbs right now!

Hello all
I'm down .6 this week. Still working on staying on plan, but I know there will be some feasting happening next week. I'm going to bring Mc D foods along so at least I can fill up mostly with healthy food and minimize the rest.

It looks like everyone is doing GREAT this week! I lost 1 pound this week. I splurged a little on my birthday Tuesday, so I'm happy with this result.

I'm looking forward to the weekend, when I'm hoping I'll be able to catchup on the posts from the week—it's been one of those crazy weeks that I just haven't had a chance to hop on. Hope all's well with everyone!

Good rainy morning, all! It is POURING in New Hampshire!
I will post all of our results in a minute, but I had to post miine, since I wasn't around yesterday. I gained .8 this week, but I was surprised it wasn't more and I learned a lesson. I thought I could get away with a vegan muffin and coffee.......NO! My stomach did not like that at all! And I did not do a bit of exercise. So, this week I am back to herb tea and veggies and walking. I am hoping to have better results next week.

Hi all - The days are zooming by. I go home tomorrow (after a month of being away!) I'm excited to get there! I've got tons of frozen soups and stews waiting in the freezer, and several recipes that I can't wait to try! I'm pretty sure that I've stayed about the same in weight during my travels - mostly because of eating out, salt, and hidden oils. I'm going to be home for a good while, so I plan to really get with my program! Have a great weekend, everyone! Take care, LauraA

I thought I posted yesterday for weigh in, but I don't know what happened to my message! :-( Anyway, no loss to report. I was up a teensy bit, which was amazing considering the mexican food and cupcakes I had on Wednesday! :shock: Well, the rest of the weight I was expecting showed up this morning! Eeek!

I went to yoga class last night, but i just wasn't feeling it. It's the first time I haven't LOVED yoga class. Not sure what happened. And no yoga next Thursday cuz it's Turkey Day. Uh oh! Bunsofaluminum is right. Exercise makes all the difference. I've gotta get crackin'!
