hi everyone ... i lost 0, but am back on plan and thinking about doing Mary's mini for the month of November up until Thanksgiving day, when I plan to remain on plan.

Back on losing track....

This week I lost 3.8 pounds but really 3.2 was what I gained before last week's weigh in. So put me down for .6 net loss this week. I have had a cold so my appetite is way down this week. Congrats to everyone for hanging in there losing or not!
Enjoy Fall and pay no attention to the Halloween goodies all around!!!
Eating healthier will make us feel so much better than all that crap anyway.
Looking forward to November.....

Hi - I'm loving it too. I just keep wondering why it is so difficult to get this information to the general public. Look how the word of Dr Atkins spread to everyone, and it wasn't even accurate or based on large studies! That is frustrating. Anyway, I'm glad that we are classmates. I had a gain this week. :mad: Tomorrow morning I'm off to Hawaii for a week. I will be in a condo and do most of my own cooking so expect a loss next week although I won't be back in time to weigh in. I'll be in touch when I find a terminal! Aloha...

I won't be able to weigh-in next week as I will be away, but I will be able to check in here—probably more than I have been able to these past few weeks.

Thanks Mairead11 for doing the stats and thanks Amyla51 for agreeing to cover her while she’s away.

Can you believe this group has reported losing 1,452 pounds so far in 2009? How great is that? I’m so proud of us. This is a wonderful group. Thank you everyone for being here.

I’m on plan and planning to stay that way. I’m still doing Mary’s Mini with brown rice/lettuce/apples and I’m thinking I may be doing this long term. It’s easy and I’m getting good results. The only thing I don’t like about Mary’s Mini is that I have less to talk about on the forum since I’m not discussing recipes I have tried or want to try. Plus I have no new recipes for my blog. Still, I’m really liking what I’m doing now. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
