Riva,
Thanks for the explanation about the orange.
LauraA,
I think reintroductions are a great idea. Start the thread and I’ll post mine.
Good morning all. I’m on plan and planning to stay that way. I need your help to identify the source of this recipe I’m making today that I had on my computer. I forgot to make note of where I got it from and I'd like to credit the source if it turns out well and I put it on my blog.
Pea Guacamole
Ingredients:
2 pounds frozen peas, thawed
½ bunch cilantro, washed & trimmed
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Variation: For a chunky version of guacamole, stir in one chopped tomato and four chopped scallions.
Anybody know where this recipe comes from?
Letha
