Wow I'm down a half pound!!! Doesn't seem like much but with the way I ate this last week I should of gained about 5 pounds.
I will jump back on the wagon this week for sure.
Keep on losing everyone!

I'm back after a week taking care of Mom and cooking for her at her place (she lives in SAD Land, lemme tell ya). But I did not gain any weight! I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain anything, so put me down for zero. Even tho it's zero, I'm happy about it!

I'm up 3/4 of a pound. I'm not happy about it but not too upset either, I just didn't eat right this past weekend (4 days really). I am back on track and have learned from my mistake. :)

Greetings! I'm down 2.8 lbs this week!

And can I just say WOW, what a difference healthy eating makes!! It's not that I didn't know that, but it always amazes me to see it's reality. I switch WHAT I eat to McD approved foods - particularly MWL ones - and eat as much as I like, and the weight comes off. It's exciting to be a part of it!

I'm down 1.5 lbs! I'm very excited about that. I had a good week food-wise, and exercised more than I have the previous few weeks. Gets me revved up for another good week!

I'm at 155.5 - I don't remember whether or not this is down or up from last Thursday - but it is down a pound from tuesday... :-D

I'm up in weight.. If today's weigh in day had been two days ago, I'd have weighed in a pound lighter than usual. Today, I'm up to 135.
I weighed in a couple days ago because I just felt lighter and wanted to see what was up. So of course when I weighed in today, it was a disappointment.
I did it to myself though.. I had pasta (whole wheat) and italian bread lastnight. So yeah, I messed up. Pasta is a major weakness for me! It just so happens to be the one "easy" dinner night for the rest of the family each week.

Temporary gains will be gone by next week so don't sweat it. It's what is done in the long run that counts.

I'm down 1.2 this week. (I can't fix my ticker at work, though. The site is blocked.) Everyone is doing really well! The gains are minor, and Faith is exactly right: It is all about the long run. Keep on keeping on!
