Well, what a relief. I was afraid to weigh in, because I have had a couple of small slips in food choices this week. On the go too much, with not enough planning. I went straight back to potatoes both times, and things worked out. Even when I slipped, I stayed vegan. Just had too much added fat in my choices. I will NOT eat animal foods ever again.
I also only exercised 3 times this week, rather than the 5 times I usually do. I was really worried that I would gain.
I lost 2.7 pounds this week, for a total of 18.6 in 6 weeks.
I cannot express how shocked and thrilled I am.
Sadly, even though my clothes are looser, I have so much weight to lose that I am still in the same size. But now I am wearing the right size, instead of squeezing into one too small. LMAO
No one. Not one person, has mentioned that I have lost weight. 18.6 pounds down, and no one has noticed yet.
My next goal is to get into the 180's by the end of the month, and wear more form-fitting clothing, so somebody will validate my evidently vain side that I did not know existed. LOL
Just kidding. Thrilled to know that I am healing inside, and improving my health for a longer life.
That is what matters.
