I am beginning this morning with Mary's Mini.
Breakfast - 1/2 baked potato with Braggs Liquid Aminos, Brussels sprouts and water
Lunch - 1/2 baked potato with reduced sugar ketcup
Snack - orange
Dinner - Baked potato, garlicky kale, salad

If all I had for breakfast or lunch was half a potato I would be starving! Remember, even on Mary's Mini you're not restricted to portion size of your starches. Be sure you eat enough to be satisfied.

The potatoes are filling and not tiny. I will have a good portion of the kale tonight and ended up having a salad and 1/2 slice of rye bread at lunch as well. That is one reason I should always post my meals at night after dinner or the next morning.

I started Mary's mini this morning (Tuesday)
I like the idea of limiting my options, at least for the short term b/c I will be less likely to get into trouble.

It's just been one day, but I'm lovin' this.
I can see this working long-term: McDougalling for life and "Doing the Mini" when I run into bumps in the road.
