Hello everyone. I'm a longtime McDougaller from back in the Vegsource days. Lately, I've been having some allergic reactions to beans and legumes, so this seems like a good time to do an elimination diet. I know I'm not allergic to nightshades so I'll be doing a potato version of MM. Today will be O'Brien hash browns and a small fruit salad for breakfast, potato wedges and mixed frozen vegetables (microwaved together in a steamer bag) and an apple for lunch, and baked yukon gold potatoes with ff mushroom gravy, brussel sprouts and a salad for dinner. I'm going to stay with this plan for a couple of weeks and then start reintroducing beans and see what happens. In the meantime maybe I'll lose a couple of pounds.
