Did anyone else latch onto the idea that there are 100 (now 98) days left to the year? I have found this motivating..

Yes, I think it's a great idea. I like having a goal in mind. Instead of thinking that I have to follow the plan for the rest of my life, I can really focus on these 100 days. Also, it will help keep me on track through the holiday season.

To have a calendar with the days counting off in reverse order. You can X through them and watch the progress as the numbers fall to zero. 100 days will pass by very quickly.

Hi Fiddler,
I posted about the last 100 days in the Lounge Forum. I also found the idea to be very very inspirational and have been really making great progress as a result. My weightloss goal for the 100 days is ridiculous but I know that, and I also have a more realistic number in mind. My plan is to follow the MWL plan strictly and to exercise for 30 minutes 3X a week in my target heart rate zone. I started a few days early because I know my goal is pretty much a stretch goal and wanted to give myself any extra chance. So far I have gotten 1 perfect week towards my 100 day plan. I even managed to get in an extra work out yesterday by riding my bike about 20 miles.
I would love to hear how your doing and what your plans and goals are.
Thanks
