Dr. McDougall’s latest presentation re: ‘Hunger’:
Interesting that the science seems to prove starch is more satisfying than fat. When I slip and eat a high fat meal, I DO tend to overeat & thus consume more calories (which would confirm that fat IS less satisfying initially). But, I also don’t get hungry again for much longer than normal (go figure). Likely some relationship to calories consumed (?).

P.S. It occurred, that ‘high fat’ meal is also generally higher in protein than normal. I have to wonder if THAT is an influencing factor (?).
