I have a question for Dr. McDougall. I usually have 1 T. chia seeds in my a.m. smoothie and 1 T. flax seeds in my lunchtime green smoothie. Then a few more seeds in salad at dinner. Do I need nuts in my diet, in particular walnuts? If so, is it useful to soak them for several hours before eating? Thank you so much.
