I'm wondering how grits would compare to oatmeal as an occasional breakfast food.At our local farmer's market there is a seller of "old timely grown and milled sifted grits." they are milled nearby. They are quite good, and I had them for breakfast with blueberries and a littlle homemade rice milk. Take care, LauraA

Grits have been mentioned a number of times as being fine on the regular plan. I'd have to check the book to see if they're too processed for MWLP.
