I just got home from the 5-day program in Santa Rosa which ended yesterday. Wow! What an awesome experience! The amount of information was amazing, the lectures and speakers were unbelievably excellent, the food was terrific and meeting others who are interested in this way of eating was invaluable.
My brain was as full as my belly!
I was able to implement Doug Lisle's *Continuum of Evil* in deciding what to eat at the Seattle airport. I didn't eat A+ because I wound up with white rice and a flour tortilla at QDoba, but made up for it by having had an A+ breakfast and an A+ dinner. I felt very good about having a decision-making frame to fall back on.
Can't wait to get to the store tomorrow for supplies...
