At least that seems to be the gist of this article in Prevention.

I mean, what can people do about their height, except wear heels?

Seriously though, I'd wager at least a little bit of money that a reason (if not the reason) taller women have a heightened risk of caner is that they have more IGF-1 circulating in their bodies from eating dairy and meat.

And there is plenty ladies can do about that.

Ugh, that's almost laughable, except that it's unnecessarily frightening people.

Meanwhile, there's a link for dairy "flat belly smoothies" at the bottom of the page.

Isn't it? Laughable, I mean. Yet is is so sad because I only happened upon it because my aunt (who has cancer) forwarded it to me to read, because I am 5'7", and with the concern that her daughter (who is 5'10") is at a very high risk.

Ha! I didn't notice that.

I really hope many people do not take the word of Prevention magazine as health gospel.

First they scare you with the information, BUT then they have a book to sell to you, so you can make sure to prevent cancer! It's really all about selling the book. The only information anyone needs is free on this site compliments of Dr. McDougall.

Prevention site and magazine are a waste of money.
