Good Golly Kevinbenko, You do have some issues! :) Welcome aboard. I agree with you that eating healthy won’t hurt and it will probably help with whatever health challenges we all face. Thanks Laura,
I think I'll see if I can find some of the Bill's Best Seasonings; Chik'nish, in one of my local stores so I don't have to pay for shipping. It's on McDougall's list of approved foods so that's good. :)

Hi Lin , I’ve also gotten a lot of support from my McDougall friends here on the board. It really helps. I’ve never seen anyone actually use one of those circular knitting things. It sounds fun. There is a group of ladies in my area who do weaving on great big looms. They set up once a year at a lo...

Hi Twinkle, I do think my weight loss fluctuates with my hormone levels. Posting a daily menu helps me. Other things I’ve found helpful. Clean all the SAD food out of your house. Have large pots of soups/stews/rice/potatoes cooked and ready to reheat in a flash. Carry healthy meals/snacks with you w...

Still doing quite well. We went out to a turkish restaurant for valentine's day. Not the best, but I had potatoes and veggies. I can feel myself wavering a bit, so if anyone wants to beat me up to get me back in line, please feel free to do so! I’ve found beating up myself (or others) pretty ineffe...

I’m not an expert but when this happened to me, I used Microsoft Picture manager to resize the photo. Whatever program you used to create this lovely collage probably has a function to resize the image. Best wishes.

This does sound good and I even have a pot big enough to make the entire recipe! :) I'm going to add it to my list of recipes to try. So what brand of broth base are you using Laura?

Nice photos but it appears to me it needs to be resized. They seem too big. I'm not sure everyone sees the images the same way though, so perhaps it's just me.

I think there is more then one way to do it, but I’ll share mine. I use another website http://www.pdpics.com/ . I upload a photo from my PC to pdpics and it provides you with several code options. I cut and paste “Code to post the photo in a forum:” and then I preview the post to make sure it works...

Toadfood, Don’t you find it’s hard to give away any clothes, even those in really good condition? The thrift stores around here wouldn’t even take them last time I tried to bring some in. I saw a story on an environmental program that said the places that still take them just bundle them up into ba...
